سياسة الإلغاء

نتفهم أنه قد تحتاج لإلغاء طلبك في بعض الأحيان. لضمان تجربة سلسة، يرجى مراعاة الشروط التالية:

يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً خلال ساعة واحدة (60 دقيقة) من تأكيد الطلب، وذلك عبر التواصل معنا مباشرة على بيانات التواصل الموضحة أسفل الموقع.
بعد هذه المدة، قد يكون الطلب قد دخل مرحلة التجهيز أو الشحن، وفي هذه الحالة لا يمكن إلغاؤه، لكن يمكنك اتباع سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال بعد استلام الطلب.
الطلبات المدفوعة عبر بطاقة الدفع الإلكتروني: في حال قبول الإلغاء، يتم رد المبلغ كاملاً خلال 3-7 أيام عمل لنفس وسيلة الدفع.
طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام (COD): يتم إلغاؤها دون أي رسوم إضافية.

تواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد إتمام الطلب عبر بيانات التواصل الموجودة أسفل الموقع، مع ذكر رقم الطلب.

We understand that you may sometimes need to cancel your order. To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following:

You may cancel your order free of charge within one hour (60 minutes) of order confirmation by contacting us directly through the contact details in the site footer.
After this period, your order may already be in preparation or shipped, and cannot be cancelled — in this case, our Return & Exchange Policy applies once the order is received.
Orders paid by card: if the cancellation is approved, the full amount is refunded within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: cancelled free of any additional charges.
