سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

نحرص على رضاك التام عن مشترياتك من VAR. إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسباً لك، يمكنك إرجاعه أو استبداله وفق الشروط التالية:

شروط الإرجاع

  • خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، وبكامل البطاقات والتغليف.
  • المنتجات المخفضة أو ضمن عروض خاصة قد لا تشملها سياسة الإرجاع، وسيتم توضيح ذلك عند الشراء.

الاسترداد

بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع والتأكد من مطابقته للشروط، تتم معالجة الاسترداد أو الاستبدال خلال 3-7 أيام عمل. تكلفة الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم يكن الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من طرفنا (منتج تالف أو غير مطابق للطلب).

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your VAR purchase. If an item isn't right for you, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale or promotional items may be excluded from returns; this will be noted at time of purchase.

How to Return

Contact us using the details in the site footer within the return window, and we'll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds or exchanges are processed within 3-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
